1. Booking Affirmation & Dispatch
All cab reservations made via our Candolim-based reservation portal or through secure WhatsApp communications are considered scheduled pending final coordination. A booking is formally confirmed once an official vehicle number and chauffeur contact detail sheet are dispatched to your phone.

3. Night Surcharges & Tolls
Unlike standard aggregators who apply unexpected surges at night, all **Cab Goa** prices are pre-calculated flat. However, pickups operating between **10:00 PM and 06:00 AM** carry a flat, standardized night surcharge of **₹300** to directly compensate our drivers. Standard state highway tolls and airport parking entries are pre-included in your generated fare.
4. Passenger Safety & Vehicle Care
Our drivers are instructed to operate vehicles strictly in compliance with Indian motor vehicle laws. Passengers are expected to wear seatbelts, cooperate with drivers safely, and respect vehicle hygiene. We enforce a strict **zero-tolerance policy against smoking or consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle**. Any clean-up or damage caused will carry direct, actual repair penalties.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from transit services, dispatch coordination, or reservation policies shall be governed under the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts of **Panaji, Goa, India**.
