"Booked a cab with them for 04:00 (AM) to catch a flight. Was reasured multiple times that they would show up at 4. They also told us they would send cab details 1 hour before, they never sent this to us. In the end driver didn't show up and we had to book a different one through the hotel in the middle of the night after we could not contact the company after multiple attempts. Never book with this company."

"Goa is infamous for its expensive taxis and rude behaviour of taxi guys. But with them it was a pleasant experience, they dispelled all negative notions right from the first interaction. We used their services for pickup from Mopa airport. We booked through whataapp, booking process was smooth and well managed by Niranjan who was prompt in replying. Fares offered were reasonable as compared to other taxi operators. As soon as we landed at Mopa airport, we got the WhatsApp message with vehicle details. "Warning! This company advertises itself under various websites and WhatsApp numbers. I am a tourist from Europe, and they left me with nothing, despite our prior arrangements. I arranged a pickup for early in the morning, 3 hours before my flight, and confirmed everything. Unfortunately, the taxi didn't show up, and I was left without a taxi at 5 AM. Luckily, I managed to find another way to get to the airport and ultimately made my flight. But I warn against booking taxis with this company; they may not show up. I have screenshots as proof to back up my claims. Edit after the company's response: You know perfectly well what I'm talking about. I cannot publicly share the data. Changing the website name doesn't mean it's a different company. Proof? The contact section contains an email address on the domain of "that other company". So why are you providing contact information for a supposedly different company? The email contact is the same, the phone number listed on the website is the same, but it's a different company? Haha. Did you think a tourist from the West wouldn't be able to check these facts? And now you want me to publicly provide the data here so you can report my review? Haha. You even mention the name of this "other company" on your website and explicitly provide your phone number. So, is it supposedly a different company, even though your website suggests otherwise? Maybe a taxi will arrive next time. I have all the screenshots saved."

I imagine they must make the trip to Dabolim very regularly, so I was going to offer a reward, of course. "Great Cab Service for Sightseeing in South Goa We were traveling from the USA to India on vacation and booked the 4-hour, 40 km cab service (₹2200) from Holiday Inn, Cavelossim, to visit Cabo De Rama Fort and Beach. It was a wonderful short trip — we especially loved Pebble Beach and Cabo De Rama Beach. The driver was very punctual, courteous, and picked us up right on time. The entire ride was smooth and comfortable, and we really appreciated the reliable service. We highly recommend this cab company to other tourists visiting Goa, especially those staying in the Cavelossim or South Goa area, as most tour operators are based in North Goa and don’t offer pickups from the south. Since Uber and other app-based taxis aren’t available in Goa, dependable cab services like this one are the best option for sightseeing."

"Unsafe and illegal driving. Driver took 6 phone calls within first 75 minutes of journey. One personal call lasted 25 minutes and used handset to take call- this is illegal in India and subject to 5000INR fine. This call took place on highway, and safety was compromised. Obvious he was not paying attention and safety compromised. Emailed office who replied, “sorry for inconvenience “. It’s not inconvenient, it is unsafe driving. Safety should be most important. Driver refused to give change of money given and laughed. I explained I did not want to give a tip due to his unsafe driving but he declined to give change. All in all, I would not recommend at all."

"I booked on the app 29 Jan for a taxi on 01 Feb at 11:30. On the day of travel we were left standing outside our hotel with our bags and no taxi, no communication from cabgoa. The staff at our hotel were laughing and saying these apps don't work in Goa and offered us a taxi at double the price. I called cabgoa via whatsapp and was told details would be sent in 5 mins. It became clear our booking had been overlooked and it was a last minute scramble to get us a car. A car did eventually arrive at 12 noon, half hour late. We were taken to the edge of Calangute where our driver changed for another. I don't know if our new driver was an offical taxi driver or not, didn't know his name. However, he was very courteous and got us there safely I think cabgoa app is a wonderful idea, as a tourist, taxi drivers take one look at us and double the price. On cabgoa we all pay the same price. They just need to up their game a little and get well known and good reviews to really take off. I will try them again soon. I thank them for their quick response to our problem."

"So, we had booked a tempo traveller for 15 people as I was travelling with my family. This person named Shubham was very quick in response and confirmed our booking and took 5000₹ in advance. But on the day of arrival, he was nowhere to be seen and we waited for about 2 hours before he picked up the call. He gave all the excuses about he not sleeping since 24 hours. While I do empathise for that, but he should not have accepted the booking in the first place. Then he told us that we take a cab and reach hotel and he’ll deduct the cab charges from our initially agreed amount. He promised that the TT will be at our hotel by 11 am, but comes 11.30 he comes up with a new clause that the airport pick up and drop is separate charge, and the agreed amount is way lesser than market prices. Started abusing me and he accepted that he didn’t see our messages properly and somewhat it was my fault that he didn’t see the message. Very unprofessional behaviour and waster an entire day of my itenary. I’ll strongly recommend that moment you’re referred to Shubham, please step back. And for the refund of my initially given 5000₹ I had to call him again & again and had to wait to 8 pm in the evening to get my refund back."
