"Very good service"

"Excellent service from Goa Taxi! We used Goa Taxi Service throughout our 5-day Goa trip for airport transfers, local sightseeing and outstation travel. The entire service was very well coordinated, the cars were comfortable and the drivers were punctual, polite and cooperative. A special mention to Anil, who was our driver on 3rd October. He was young, energetic and very friendly, and we really enjoyed travelling with him. Thank you to Santosh Ji and the entire Goa Taxi team for making our Goa travel so smooth and comfortable. Very good service and highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable taxi service in Goa."

"I had an absolute nightmare trying to get a cab from Goa ONGC. I waited for 4 long hours, trying to book through Goa Miles over 50 times, but the service just kept failing. Frustrated, I searched Google for alternative cab services in Goa, and thankfully Saleem and his team popped up! They were an absolute lifesaver. They arranged a cab for me immediately at very affordable rates, and the vehicle arrived much earlier than expected. The cab quality was top-notch, and the driver's skills were neat, sharp, and professional. If you're ever stuck in Goa, skip the hassle and call Saleem and his team directly. Highly recommended! — Saurabh Jadhav"

"Farooq provided us with a very good and reliable cab service!"

"Quick and easy booking . On time pickup and good follow up . Only problem was driver did not want to go to Vasco and wanted to go to Madgoa . I told my train booking is from vasco and it’s important for me to board the train from vasco if not ticket might be canceled as there is struck rules from railway to board the train from the booking station. Later driver said there is lot of robbery and things happening in vasco . Gov official need to take a note of this bad things happening in vasco and also improve infrastructure in Vasco and also the railway station platform needs to be upgraded for better safety for everyone"

"I had a very good experience with this car service in Goa. I was travelling alone as a single lady, and I felt comfortable and safe using their service. My first trip was a pickup from the railway station, and the experience was so good that after two weeks, I chose to use the service again—this time for my drop to the railway station. I would especially like to mention Niranjan, who handled my booking. He was very helpful, polite, and responsive throughout. I really appreciate the smooth service and the care shown towards a solo traveller. Thank you for making both my journeys comfortable and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this service to others travelling in Goa."

"Excellent Team and Well in Pickup and drop..Easy to Access and Good Communication.."

"I have been travelling to Goa several times in the last 5 years and always had some issues with regards to taxis. But since I needed to figure out how to get someone else picked up from the airport, Mr.Farooq and Mr.Salim from Cabgoa.com came to my rescue and ensured that the people important to me were picked up and dropped off at the house, without any hassles or a long waiting period. I was reassured constantly by them that they would ensure everything would go smoothly and it did. They both made sure I had a good cab driver and with reasonable prices. Any one finding it difficult toto book cabs, without hesitation call up Cabgoa.com for your travelling needs in Goa."

"Excellent service!"

"Do not book. Unreliable. Booked a taxi yesterday evening. They confirmed and told me they would send me cab details 1h before the trip. They didn't send me anything so i asked. Now I'm being told it's a festival and no taxi drivers are available. Lame excuse. If you cannot fulfill bookings cancel in time or dont accept in the first place. Companies like this make the already bad reputation of goa taxis even worse."

"We felt save in Goa because of Pavan Cabs / CabGoa. The cabs were clean & the drivers were friendly and respectful. It's just call and the cab arrives within 5 minutes situation! Enjoyed the rides! Well done to the entire team of CabGoa, especially Niranjan!"

"Excellent service!"

"Very professional driver and arrived on time. Thank you Niranjan."

"Most important in life is trust and warmth in persona. Business, service comes later. Mr Farookh and Mr Tamshir were warm, gentle humans. Mr. Tamshir had a wonderful smiling disposition and knowledge on different topics. It was safe and peaceful experience."

"Excellent service within reasonable price. Would highly recommend"

"Booked a cab with them for 04:00 (AM) to catch a flight. Was reasured multiple times that they would show up at 4. They also told us they would send cab details 1 hour before, they never sent this to us. In the end driver didn't show up and we had to book a different one through the hotel in the middle of the night after we could not contact the company after multiple attempts. Never book with this company."

"Niranjan and his team, great service at affordable prices! Be it late night or 6 am drop at Margao they are timely and tidy!"

"No cab/driver information 1 hour before as promised and the driver didn't show up. The person on WhatsApp was responsive until I said the driver hadn't arrived. Luckily I managed to flag a taxi down even at 7am or I would have missed my flight."

"Thank you cabgoa team and specially niranjan for the best experience ever."

"Hassle free. Seamless. Courteous. On time. Clean and neat cars. Great drivers. Good value for money. Used for airport pickup, dropoff and local touring with peace of mind. Thank you Niranjan"

"Would never recommend . Highly unprofessional. Despite confirming okay on Wats app for the places the cab will take us they denied later and mentioned they have no idea who confirmed on Wats app."

"Excellent service!"

"No show from driver and bad communication from company. Booked over 24 hours in advance. Company not helping once informed driver is not showing only providing us the driver's number and telling us that they told him to come. Driver ignoring our calls or answering and then immediately hanging up. 30 minutes post agreed pickup time still no communication from either driver or company."

"Pavan cab services has provided good cab service as requested and as per the charges fixed. From MOPA airport to Ashwem beach Thank you for the services."

"Goa is infamous for its expensive taxis and rude behaviour of taxi guys. But with them it was a pleasant experience, they dispelled all negative notions right from the first interaction. We used their services for pickup from Mopa airport. We booked through whataapp, booking process was smooth and well managed by Niranjan who was prompt in replying. Fares offered were reasonable as compared to other taxi operators. As soon as we landed at Mopa airport, we got the WhatsApp message with vehicle details. The vehicle was good, well maintained and our driver Sanjay was a gentleman. I can safely recommend them."

"Good and fast service."

"Easy to contact, fast answer and service :)"

"Good service"

"Great service, affordable prices, punctuality"

"✨ Had an amazing experience! ✨ I’ve taken 3 trips with them so far, and every single one was super smooth — from sightseeing to airport & railway station pickups and drops 🚖✈️🚉 The driver was always on time, super helpful, and even suggested some amazing spots to explore in Goa 🌴🌊 Highly recommend them for a hassle-free and memorable travel experience! 💯🙌"

"Warning! This company advertises itself under various websites and WhatsApp numbers. I am a tourist from Europe, and they left me with nothing, despite our prior arrangements. I arranged a pickup for early in the morning, 3 hours before my flight, and confirmed everything. Unfortunately, the taxi didn't show up, and I was left without a taxi at 5 AM. Luckily, I managed to find another way to get to the airport and ultimately made my flight. But I warn against booking taxis with this company; they may not show up. I have screenshots as proof to back up my claims. Edit after the company's response: You know perfectly well what I'm talking about. I cannot publicly share the data. Changing the website name doesn't mean it's a different company. Proof? The contact section contains an email address on the domain of "that other company". So why are you providing contact information for a supposedly different company? The email contact is the same, the phone number listed on the website is the same, but it's a different company? Haha. Did you think a tourist from the West wouldn't be able to check these facts? And now you want me to publicly provide the data here so you can report my review? Haha. You even mention the name of this "other company" on your website and explicitly provide your phone number. So, is it supposedly a different company, even though your website suggests otherwise? Maybe a taxi will arrive next time. I have all the screenshots saved."

"Nice person Mr niranjan nice service cab goa .com must try n visit"

"(Translated by Google) The ride I booked went smoothly. It was from Dabolim Airport to Arambol. I'm giving it one star because I found what happened afterward dishonest. I left my phone in the taxi, and they asked me to pay 2500₹ to get it back. Of course, I'm grateful they did bring it back, two days later. I was traveling alone, and it was quite stressful. I imagine they must make the trip to Dabolim very regularly, so I was going to offer a reward, of course. But I found it dishonest and, above all, very inhumane to take advantage of such a situation to extort money from someone in distress.

"Excellent service. Can be booked without any doubt in mind. Mr. Niranjan is very nice person, once inform about booking, be relaxed..he will do all on time, superb behavior, excellent service. 🚖 “CabGoa is the best taxi service in Goa” 🏖️ “Smooth & best pickup and drop with CabGoa”"

"Thanks Niranjan for making my Goa Trip with my mom so smooth. Very happy 😃"

"Great Cab Service for Sightseeing in South Goa We were traveling from the USA to India on vacation and booked the 4-hour, 40 km cab service (₹2200) from Holiday Inn, Cavelossim, to visit Cabo De Rama Fort and Beach. It was a wonderful short trip — we especially loved Pebble Beach and Cabo De Rama Beach. The driver was very punctual, courteous, and picked us up right on time. The entire ride was smooth and comfortable, and we really appreciated the reliable service. We highly recommend this cab company to other tourists visiting Goa, especially those staying in the Cavelossim or South Goa area, as most tour operators are based in North Goa and don’t offer pickups from the south. Since Uber and other app-based taxis aren’t available in Goa, dependable cab services like this one are the best option for sightseeing."

"Best taxi services in Goa. We stayed from 7-11th October 2025 and all days used their taxi services. The cabs are very good. Their drivers are very honest and punctual. Very transparent pricing."

The cab arrived on time every single day, and Saleem and team were more than happy to adjust to our schedule changes without any hesitation. "Thank you for your excellent and timely service. I booked a cab from Calangute to Dabolim Airport at the last minute after our main cab driver suddenly canceled. We were confused and unsure of what to do. We tried contacting our hotel reception, but no one answered the phone at 6 AM. Not knowing what else to do, my wife and I started searching Google for the best taxi services in Goa. We began calling several companies, but since it was so early, no one responded. Then Niranjan from CabGoa answered our call. Incredibly, within just 9 minutes, we were in the cab. Thanks to CabGoa and especially to Niranjan for saving our day. We are truly grateful!"

"Although the cab service is a little on the expensive side, you get your money's worth with this business, because their logistics work without a hitch. I had a smooth and pleasant experience with this company, right from booking to landing to catching the cab at the airport as well as the actual journey. Advice for potential customers: for a good experience and a smooth journey, plan your travel carefully, anticipate obstacles beforehand as much as possible, and communicate constantly with the company. If you speak with them they are always helpful. Tip: Speak to Niranjan for the best experience."

"Unsafe and illegal driving. Driver took 6 phone calls within first 75 minutes of journey. One personal call lasted 25 minutes and used handset to take call- this is illegal in India and subject to 5000INR fine. This call took place on highway, and safety was compromised. Obvious he was not paying attention and safety compromised. Emailed office who replied, “sorry for inconvenience “. It’s not inconvenient, it is unsafe driving. Safety should be most important. Driver refused to give change of money given and laughed. I explained I did not want to give a tip due to his unsafe driving but he declined to give change. All in all, I would not recommend at all."

"Top class services. My contact Niranjan was courteous, helpful and gave a 'wow' services. The driver Rafik was very helpful in visiting the planned tourist spots / temples. I feel great with the services."

"Availed Taxi service from Madgaon to Calangute and vice versa. Very good experience. On time availability. Responsible driving. Supportive drivers. Highly recommended."

"I booked on the app 29 Jan for a taxi on 01 Feb at 11:30. On the day of travel we were left standing outside our hotel with our bags and no taxi, no communication from cabgoa. The staff at our hotel were laughing and saying these apps don't work in Goa and offered us a taxi at double the price. I called cabgoa via whatsapp and was told details would be sent in 5 mins. It became clear our booking had been overlooked and it was a last minute scramble to get us a car. A car did eventually arrive at 12 noon, half hour late. We were taken to the edge of Calangute where our driver changed for another. I don't know if our new driver was an offical taxi driver or not, didn't know his name. However, he was very courteous and got us there safely I think cabgoa app is a wonderful idea, as a tourist, taxi drivers take one look at us and double the price. On cabgoa we all pay the same price. They just need to up their game a little and get well known and good reviews to really take off. I will try them again soon. I thank them for their quick response to our problem."

"Excellent service!"

"Booked an airport drop from Morjim a day before the flight. Agreed to their exorbitant charge of Rs 2800. But 30 mins before the pickup, they had no cab alternative. All they had was a lame excuse that they tried but have no confirmation yet. They asked me to figure out cab myself at the last minute. Untrustworthy and Rude. They are just a booking service with no cabs of their own."

"Fantastic service, what'sapp messaged from train on route from Mumbai to Thivum looking to get picked up by taxi at station to get to Callangute. Niranjan replied straight away to confirm that this could be arranged and that taxi fare was transparent and checkable on website which was correct. Niranjan was able to coordinate taxi to be at station when we arrived there and give us driver details and contact number. Our driver Rohit picked us up in an AC, clean and very fresh smelling car on our arrival and both Niranjan and Rohit were in constant contact when we arrived at station to make sure they were able to pick us up. This was all at 10pm at night so it was nice to know that we were being looked after and we enjoyed a relaxing journey into Callangute. 1st class service from both guys and would highly recommend and use this taxi cab company again. 😁"
